Description
Generic vouchers can be used for workshops as well as regular-priced art pieces, merchandise or art supplies, whereas workshop vouchers can only be used for the workshop stated on the voucher. A voucher code will be provided to the voucher recipient for online booking/purchase.
The e-voucher will be emailed to you within 3 – 5 working days of purchase. A physical gift voucher can be arranged to be printed and mailed to you or the recipient with a small fee, kindly select the relevant shipping option on checkout. The physical voucher will reach the recipient within 2 weeks of purchase.
Utilisation of Voucher
- To book a class, the bearer simply needs to email us at hello@roomtoimagine.sg with the e-voucher attached, or quote us the serial number of the voucher. Some vouchers may come with an online promo code that the bearer can use to book directly online.
- Booking must be made via email to Room To Imagine (RTI) and not via our partner websites.
- Valid for workshops held at RTI studio only. Not valid for workshops held at partner venues.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any discounts or promotions.
Validity of Voucher
- All vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issue, except the $500 voucher which is valid for 12 months.
- Voucher is considered void upon expiry. No extension will be granted.
- Voucher is considered void if the serial number is defaced.
Refunds
- No refunds will be given for any voucher purchased and the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Partial unused value of the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
