Shipping Policy

Room To Imagine (“we” and “us”) is the operator of ( (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Customers are advised to pick the corresponding shipping option based on the items ordered. Courier delivery is usually based on the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight, e.g. a large canvas may be light but may be charged at a higher shipping fee due to the size. Oversized, fragile (e.g. breakable) and sensitive (e.g. flammable) items may incur additional charges. Customers will be informed of the additional charges and can decide whether to go ahead or receive a full refund. Delivery time is based on confirmation of order with full payment made.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Room To Imagine will not accept returns due to change of mind.

3.2 Return Due to Defects

If you believe you have received a defective item, kindly submit a claim to within 7 days of receipt. You will need to provide photos of the defective product. Once the claim is approved, customers will pre-pay the return shipping and send the item back to us. We will reimburse you the shipping fee together with the item fees within 14 days upon receipt of the returned item. This is valid for all products under our Shop category and excludes all Workshops.

The default option will be to have a replacement item sent to you, if stock is available. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to the discretion of the studio. We reserve all rights to refund in store credits instead of cash. On the occasion that cash refund is agreed upon, it will be done via the original payment method.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time within Singapore

We will need some time to process and package your items so they get to you in good condition. In general, you can expect your parcel in 3 to 7 days after making full payment (including any top-ups of shipping costs required).

4.2 Transit time Internationally

This varies greatly depending on your location, the courier as well as the customs process of your country. Email us at to discuss and obtain a more specific estimate.

4.3 Dispatch Time

We need some time to process and package your items so they get to you in good condition. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of order, and the courier will take another 2 to 3 days to deliver.

Our studio operates on Tuesday – Friday between 11AM to 6PM to process orders, excluding public holidays at which time the courier services we use will be not be operating.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

We are only able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please check carefully before confirming your order at checkout.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Room To Imagine does not offer delivery to P.O. box addresses.

4.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us immediately via email. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us to discuss next steps and always prepare photographic documentation so we can follow up with the courier.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Room To Imagine encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If the recipient refuses to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at the destination country, the goods will be returned to Room To Imagine at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the initial shipping and the return shipping.

8. Cancellations

Room To Imagine will not accept cancellations due to change of mind. Cancellations requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and any refund approved will be in store credits only.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
